Bookings & Deposits
Bookings can be made directly on the web by filling in the form provided or by email to our address email@example.com. We can receive phone calls to consult the services but require a written form of confirmation to proceed with our operations.
A booking will be accepted once a non-refundable and non-transferable deposit is received. This deposit equivalent of 30% of total trip cost. The full balance payment will be due at least 06 weeks before departures.
In case of last minute bookings (considered as 0 – 07 days prior to departure date), a full payment will be required to confirm the booking.
Payments can be made in cash at our office, by major credit cards with 3% surcharge (Visa, Master, and American Express) or by bank transfer (senders bear the bank charge). Payments can be made in US Dollars or Vietnam Dong with exchange rate at the time of payment.

If you decide to cancel your bookings (trips), the following fees apply and are due at the time we receive your written notice of your cancellation.
Cancellation must be made prior to the departure date.
16 to 30 days: 30% of trip cost
8 to 15 days: 50% of trip cost
0 to 7 days: 100% trip cost
Please note that in many cases domestic flights have to be issued well in advance of your departure. These are often 100% non-refundable once issued.
Child over 12 year of age: 100% trip cost.
Child under 12 years of age share bed with parents: 50% of trip cost.
Child 0-2 years of age: free of charge, share bed with parents or provided baby cost upon to availability.
It is essential that our guests should arrange their own travel insurance cover for the duration of their holiday and the most important contents of your travel insurance policy should be comprehensive cover for medical expenses, emergency repatriation and personal legal liability.
In some particular programs, in consideration the nature of the trip, we will arrange additional insurance for our guests only within the duration of the tours. The travel insurance in this case will be clearly stated in the Inclusion of the tour and guests are required to provide us the personal information to make arrangements.
It is important that you let us know before the trip if you have any medical or psychological conditions so we can work with you as much as we can. VJT Adventures hold the right to discontinue the trip or disqualify if we find that any member is incapable of continuing the trip and/or jeopardizes his/her own safety. Under these circumstances refunds are not given.
Legal limitation – Please read this carefully
Guests who travel with us understand that VJT Adventures may contract with several independent contractors or travel services. We assume no responsibility, however caused for the cases of injury, loss or damage to person or property in connection with any service provided by independent contractors or resulting directly from acts of God, detention, thefts, and Force Majeure.
In such above circumstance, VJT Adventures will do all possible to provide alternative arrangement to ensure the safety, comfort and well being of our clients. Any cost incurred is in addition to the original cost of the existing tours and it may be required to be paid in advance.
By advancing payment to VJT Adventures, the payee thereby agrees to be bound by the above terms and conditions.

WAIVER OF LIABILITY, RELEASE OF LIABILITY, AND ASSUMPTION OF RISK AGREEMENT
